A well-planned fireplace should be easy to reach for everyday care. Before installation, think about how you will access the water system, controls and components without disturbing the finished surround.
VORAFIRE configurations can involve manual filling or a project-planned water connection. Follow the instructions supplied for your actual unit. Confirm the required water quality, filling procedure and cleaning products with support; do not assume a procedure from another brand or model applies.
For a manual-fill arrangement, plan how you will reach the filling point. For a connected arrangement, have the approved connection and service requirements reviewed by the installer. Do not add fragrances, cleaners or other additives to the operating water unless the model instructions expressly permit them.
Keep required ventilation unobstructed by dust, stored items or changes to the surrounding decor. Do not seal the unit permanently behind finishes. Before cleaning or accessing internal parts, switch off and isolate power as directed by the product instructions. Do not work on electrical components while the unit is powered.
Water conditions and usage can affect maintenance needs. Ask for the cleaning interval and component-care procedure for your configuration, rather than relying on a universal schedule. This guide does not specify a refill interval, cleaning chemical or replacement interval without model-specific instructions.
Note which settings are selected and whether the issue is continuous or intermittent. Have your model, order reference and a clear description ready. A short video showing the issue can help support advise on the next diagnostic step. Do not dismantle the unit or arrange paid repair work before confirming the appropriate procedure.
