Production, delivery & support
Custom production typically takes approximately 15 days. After dispatch, sea transit typically takes approximately 30–45 days. Vessel schedules, port handling, customs and final delivery can affect arrival.
Ocean freight and import taxes are included in the quote for your confirmed destination. Installation is not included. We primarily serve Europe, the United States and Latin America, plus selected Middle Eastern destinations; availability is confirmed for your address.
Before production, cancellation and refund can be discussed where no or only minimal costs have been incurred; any costs will be explained. Once custom production starts, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are not accepted. Custom products cannot be returned for non-quality reasons.
For quality issues within one year, contact us for assessment and a proposed solution. We take responsibility for transport damage; please contact us promptly with photos of the product and packaging. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
